DENNY, Justice.
The defendant assigns as error the denial of his motion for judgment as of nonsuit, but we think the evidence produced by the State was sufficient to carry the case to the jury.
The defendant's assignment of error, however, based on exceptions to those portions of the charge which deal with the presumption of guilt arising from "recent possession," must be sustained.
