This case presents a controversy between lot owners in a waterfront development. The plaintiffs-appellees are the owners of several interior lots; the defendants-appellants own a lot which lies between a road to which the plaintiffs have access and the so-called "lake area" of the development, which fronts on the river, to which they desire access for recreational purposes ...
