Gloria Kaufmann, a minor, 17 years of age, resides at 5122 Irving Street, Philadelphia, with her parents. On April 27, 1952, she was severely injured while a passenger in an automobile driven by John J. Fallon, Jr., which collided with an automobile driven by Eugene D. Gagliarti, Jr. The drivers of both cars are residents of Pennsylvania, in which State the accident occurred.
