Appeal by Walter Newbauer from a judgment against him after the demurrer of Benjamin Codd to Newbauer's cross-complaint was sustained without leave to amend.

Sattinger sued Newbauer and Codd, individually, and as partners doing business as Keene Packing Company. The suit was for damages for breach of an alleged contract of Newbauer and Codd, as partners, to can dog food for plaintiff, and also to require defendants to make available to plaintiff...
