Five defendants appeal from convictions of violations of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Law, Code 1951, § 25-109. The offenses were charged in three separate informations, which named nine defendants. The first information, which was in thirty-two counts, charged that four defendants had kept for sale and sold alcoholic beverages in violation of the law.
