The defendant has brought forward twenty-five assignments of error based on exceptions duly taken in the course of the trial below, among them being his assignment of error based upon exceptions to the failure of the trial judge to sustain his motion for judgment as of nonsuit made at the close of the State's evidence and renewed at the close of all the evidence.
