Anthony Pasqua and his four brothers— Sam, Blaise, Peter and Joseph—seek in this action to recover damages in the sum of $10,978.50 allegedly sustained by them as a result of the breach of a funeral service policy issued on October 15, 1939 by Woodruff's Insurance Company and later assumed by the defendant, the State National Life Insurance Company, Inc. Additionally, plaintiffs ask judgment for $168.25 under the terms of such contract...
