Petitioner, General F. Poole, filed suit against his insurance carrier, Home Insurance Company, for alleged damages to his boat in the sum of $1,275.50. The defendant filed exceptions of no right or cause of action and filed a plea of prescription. The exceptions were maintained by the Lower Court and petitioner's suit was dismissed. Petitioner has taken this appeal.
