McAdam brought an action at law for damages on account of injuries suffered while riding in a taxicab and allegedly caused by the concurrent negligence of the taxicab driver Charles L. Brown and the defendant Robert E. Lee, driver of the car which collided with the taxicab. The defendants Royce were co-partners doing business as the Yellow Cab Company and the defendant Brown was their agent and employee...
