XIII (1944) against the Bangor Recreation Center and its trustees to restrain the trustees (1) "from issuing and selling general obligation bonds of the Bangor Recreation Center in the aggregate principal amount of $1,120,000, as voted by said Trustees," and (2) "from proceeding to construct...
