This is a suit in equity to foreclose a chattel mortgage and for further incidental relief by way of specific performance of an alleged agreement. The material facts in the case are not in dispute. In January, 1949, defendant purchased a saloon business located at 4701 W. Warren avenue, Detroit, Michigan, for an agreed consideration of $28,000. She received a bill of sale conveying to her the business in question together with the equipment
