An involuntary petition in bankruptcy was filed against the bankrupt, John Horne Company, a corporation, on December 12, 1951. Thereafter and until September 12, 1952, the debtor remained in possession under Chapter XI of the Bankruptcy Act, 11 U.S.C.A. § 701 et seq.
