The relator, Joseph R. Crnkovich, who had been elected and declared a trustee of the Village of McCook, filed a petition for a writ of mandamus wherein he sought to prevent the other trustees of the village, its president and clerk, from entertaining a petition to contest his election which was filed more than thirty days after relator had been declared elected....
