Plaintiff brought this action to enjoin the enforcement of an order of defendant, Baltimore & Ohio Railroad Company, that plaintiff be discharged from its employ because of non-compliance with a union shop agreement between the Railroad and the intervening defendant Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers, hereinafter referred to as the Engineers.
