This is an appeal from a decree of the Circuit Court for Worcester County.

Barnes, appellee here, filed a bill of complaint against the appellants in which he sought the discovery and accounting by the appellants of the proceeds or the reinvestment of the proceeds of two mortgages aggregating the principal sum of $16,000.00.
