Myrtle Lee Hardiman was born to the defendant, Pauline Craft Hardiman (Hayes), and her husband, John Hardiman, April 15, 1943. On March 24, 1951, she was adopted as an abandoned child by relators, Theodore Roosevelt Osborne and Mary Catherine Osborne, of Quinwood, West Virginia, by virtue of a decree of the Circuit Court of Greenbrier County, West Virginia, which awarded them custody of the child and changed...
