JONES, Judge.

The defendant, Felix Dawson, was charged by an information filed in the District Court of Kiowa County with the unlawful possession of whiskey, a second offense, was tried, convicted and pursuant to the verdict of the jury, was sentenced to serve 60 days imprisonment in the county jail and pay a fine of $150.
