The will of Amos Osborn was duly probated April 7, 1933. Said will consists of eleven Items only one of which, namely: Item 5, gives rise to the controversy involved in this appeal. Said Item 5 reads as follows:

"5. I hereby will and bequeath unto my son Jesse L. Osborn, with the restrictions hereinafter described, the following described real estate in Starke County, Indiana, to-wit: The south half of the south half of the Northwest Quarter Section...
