This action was brought by a child about three years of age to recover for personal injuries claimed to have been sustained as the result of the negligent parking of the defendant's truck by its agent. The jury returned a verdict for the defendant. From the judgment rendered thereon the plaintiff has appealed, assigning errors in the charge.
