1. The special demurrers to that part of paragraph 2 of the petitions which alleged that the defendant's son was operating the automobile "under the family-purpose rule," and to paragraph 8 which alleged that the defendant was negligent in allowing his son "to operate his automobile under the family-purpose rule without cautioning him to drive such automobile in accordance with the traffic laws of Georgia," as being too vague and indefinite and conclusions...
