Tina Marranzano brought suit to recover damages for her discharge from the staff of the Washington Times-Herald, alleging violation of the terms of a collective bargaining agreement. Her complaint was dismissed by the District Court, and we reversed and remanded in order to give her an opportunity to amend. Marranzano v. Riggs National Bank of Washington, D. C., 1950, 87 U.
