This cause is submitted on motion of defendant, appellee herein, to dismiss the appeal on the ground that the order from which the appeal is taken is not a final order. The order from which the appeal is taken is an order allowing the defendant temporary alimony, temporary support for their minor child, and expense money pending the suit.
