Subsequent to the lodging of this appeal, counsel for appellant filed a written motion for permission to withdraw from the case and, on March 18th 1953, an order was entered erasing their names from the record. A copy of this motion and order was sent by registered mail to appellant to his last known residence at Mary Esther, Florida and, as shown by the return receipt of the U. S. Post Office Department, was delivered to him in person at that address...
