Following the decision in Gulda v. Second National Bank, 323 Mass. 100, a hearing on the merits led to a final decree dismissing the bill from which no appeal was taken. The order for decree stated that Louise Gulda had not proved that her ratification of the trust instrument was procured by fraud.
