This is a bond forfeiture case.

The condition of the bail bond here involved reads as follows:

"Now, if the said principal shall be and personally appear instanter at the present term of the County Court at Law No. Two, of Harris County, Texas, now in session in and for the County or Harris, at the Court House thereof, in the City of Houston, Texas, there to remain in attendance from day to day and from term to term until discharged...
