Appellant was convicted of armed robbery and sentenced to a term of twenty-five years in the penitentiary, from which he appeals. The evidence is undisputed that appellant, in company of Ernest Rose, Robert Smith Ballew and Bill Pegram, went to a beer "joint" about one o'clock in the morning of June 2, 1953.
