This case comes before us as an appeal from the judgment of Alderman John L. Madden, Jr., who on March 6, 1953, found defendant guilty of violating section 208 of the Harrisburg Building Code (ordinance no. 30, session of 1952), and fined him $50, as prescribed by section 400(b) of the ordinance, plus the costs of prosecution. The complaint of the city was that defendant failed to undertake the demolition of the building owned by him...
