This is a suit in equity for accounting and dissolution of an alleged partnership, involving the harvesting and marketing of blue grass seed in the years 1950, 1951 and 1952. The parties are all residents of Nodaway County, Missouri. The suit was tried on February 20th and 24th, 1953.
