This appeal comes to this court on questions of law from a judgment of guilty of being found in a state of intoxication within the city in violation of Section 13.1516 of the Cleveland Municipal Code, upon a finding entered by the trial court without the intervention of a jury.

From the judgment thus entered the defendant claims the following errors:
