MORRISON, Judge.

The offense is driving while intoxicated; the punishment, three days in jail and a fine of $50.

Officers Althoff and McBain testified that they observed appellant's automobile being driven in an erratic manner, that they turned around and overtook the appellant and placed him under arrest. They stated that the appellant smelled of alcohol, was unsteady on his feet, and when being asked if he knew where he was said, "Yeah, I'm in Las Vegas...
