Raymond R. Oakley, an employee of the Nashville, Chattanooga and St. Louis Railroad Company, was killed under circumstances which caused his widow and guardian of his two minor children to think that the railroad was liable under the Federal Employers' Liability Act, 45 U.S.C.A. § 51 et seq.
