On February 23, 1949, a judgment was entered in this action decreeing, on a cross complaint, a divorce to the defendant on the ground that the plaintiff had committed adultery. In that judgment the custody of Maurine Ann, the minor daughter of the parties, was awarded to the defendant, with the right of reasonable visitation in the plaintiff.
