The Plaza Theatre property in Miami Beach, Florida, is owned by Wompearce, Inc., and leased by Biscayne Beach Theatre, Inc. When this suit was instituted in October, 1953, the premises had been subleased by Biscayne Beach Theatre, Inc., to one Danny Brown who proposed to use it for entertainment purposes for the winter season of 1953-54.
