This is a suit for personal injuries growing out of a collision between plaintiff and defendant at the intersection of Inwood Drive and Timberlane in Houston, Texas. There was evidence of obstructions to the view at the intersection as the participants approached, and evidence that it was raining at the time of the collision, which limited visibility, and caused the streets to be wet and slick.
