Plaintiff Allan R. Wood appeals from a judgment in his favor for the sum of $1,750, general damages, in a personal injury action. The complaint included a statement of a cause of action by Ralph E. Wood, father and guardian of plaintiff, for medical expenses and loss of earnings of plaintiff Allan R. Wood, and the jury returned a verdict in his favor in the sum of $5,800.
