This is an action in ejectment brought by plaintiff against defendants to recover possession of land, to which plaintiff claims title in fee simple and to which defendants claim title by adverse possession by themselves and of their predecessors in title. Plaintiff purchased the property in dispute from Elizabeth Row, the record title holder, under date of October 15, 1923.
