On August 29, 1951 Ella Eberle was a passenger in an automobile owned and driven by defendant Hungerford. They were traveling in a westerly direction on East Eighth Avenue in Denver, at about 8:45 p. m. At the same time, defendant Castanie was driving his automobile north on Downing Street...
