This action arose on appeal from an order of the Industrial Commission denying the plaintiff, Esther Rath, the right to participate in the Workmen's Compensation Fund for the reason that her husband's death was not proximately related to an injury sustained in the course of and arising out of his employment with the Hazel-Atlas Glass Company.
