Mary Estella Butcher instituted this action of trespass on the case to recover damages in the amount of $2,500 for personal injuries sustained in a collision between an automobile, operated by herself, and an automobile driven by the defendant Armstrong, owned and operated by the defendant Stull as a taxicab. The jury returned a verdict for the plaintiff in the full amount sought, and judgment was entered...
