This is an appeal from an order overruling appellant's plea of privilege to be sued in Rusk County, the county of his residence. The judgment is assailed on five points. They are substantially: (1), (2), (3) and (4) failure of the court to sustain Special Exceptions 1, 3, 4 and 5 contained in his first supplemental original plea of privilege; and (5) because appellee failed to establish by adequate pleadings and evidence that venue was maintainable...
