This suit was filed seeking a recovery of a judgment of the face amount of a policy based on a group policy of life insurance issued by the insurance company to the employees of the Carnation Company. To this suit the appellee filed a special plea in bar, by which it was alleged that the appellant was barred from recovery because his cause of action, if any, accrued more than six years prior to the filing of the bill.
