This is an action to cancel a mineral deed executed and delivered by the plaintiff to the defendants Kaufman and Gay. Plaintiff alleged in his complaint that he was induced to execute the mineral deed by the fraud of an agent of Kaufman and Gay and that the description of the land contained in the mineral deed was so uncertain and indefinite that it rendered the deed void.
