This appeal involves two suits, both brought by Annie A. Bell, a resident of Shelby County, Tennessee. One suit is against Merle W. Strauch and his wife Jane H. Strauch. The other is against Harry Bloomfield and his wife Madie W. Bloomfield. In each of these cases the complainant seeks to recover of the respective defendants, commissions which she claims are due her, as a real estate broker....
