Two thereof, September term, 1953, nos. 59 and 60, charged him respectively with the offenses of assault and battery with intent to kill and attempt with intent to kill upon the person of George Caldarelli, a State Police officer. The third, September term, 1953, no. 61, charged him with aggravated assault and battery upon the person of one Walter Leonhauser...
