Defendants appeal from an order entered by the District Court on January 26, 1954.

On November 2, 1935, James A. Green, the father of Oscar L. Green and Herschel S. Green, died, leaving a will wherein he left all of his estate to his wife, Martha Green, for her life with power to sell or dispose of the same as she thought best, provided she secured the consent of the trustee therein named, Herschel S.
