The plaintiff brought this suit for divorce against his wife. His petition alleged indignities which he asserted rendered his condition intolerable. Defendant filed an answer and a cross-petition asking for separate maintenance. A decree was granted to plaintiff. Defendant appealed. Said appeal is designated on the docket of this court as No. 22039.
