GARFIELD, Justice.

Plaintiff has been in possession of a 40-acre tract of farm land since March 1, 1952, under a written lease for one year from Anna Reeder. No notice for termination of his tenancy under sections 562.6, 562.7, Code, 1950, I.C.A., has ever been given by anyone. Plaintiff therefore claims he is entitled to possession for the crop year commencing March 1, 1954.
