Plaintiffs, Paul G. Ducoin and Willabeth E. Ducoin, his wife, filed an action to recover damages from W.L. Morris, their lessor, for breach of a lease contract.

Errors specified are orders sustaining defendant's demurrer to plaintiffs' evidence and overruling plaintiffs' motion for a new trial.
