This appeal presents for determination a novel and difficult question of insurance coverage. On July 14, 1948, Oscar Lyngstad was accidentally injured during the process of assembling a farm implement known as a Cockshutt swather preparatory to its being unloaded from the platform of a truck on which it was resting.
