Decedent died February 8, 1950, leaving a will under which he gave to his wife, Effie M. Feeser "only such part of my residuary estate as she shall be entitled to under the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, and no more." He was survived by his wife and by two sons to a previous marriage who were named as executors of the will.
